Standard shipping typically takes 7-9 business days. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking details will be emailed once available.

We currently ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available.

NEATGOODS is not responsible for carrier delays or lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance with these issues.

If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
