WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?We are able to accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club and Discover debit and credit cards.
WHAT OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN YOU ACCEPT?We can also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?We ship to all 50 States and Puerto Rico.
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a physical address for all shipments.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?Shipping time takes 4-6 business days. Most orders are shipped via UPS. In the case of destinations not served by UPS, alternate carries like FedEx and DHL are used.
IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?Orders under $50 will be charged a $5 shipping and handling fee. All orders $50 or greater come with free shipping.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SALES TAX FOR WEB ORDERS?Sales tax will be calculated on all packages shipped within Minnesota. Sales tax will not be collected on out-of-state packages.

Unless it is an item that we are discontinuing, we will let you know when we expect to get it back in stock. We will also suggest an appropriate alternative so that you will not have to wait. What are NEATsheets?NEATsheets adhesice napkins are the better solution to clothing protectors and bibs. NEATsheets, which measure 22 inches long by 13 inches wide, has an absorbent front and repellent back which protects shirts, sweaters, pants, and other garments from food stains. Disposable, attractive, and sanitary, NEATsheets easily adhere to shirts and laps for a much more dignified appearance than napkins, clothing protectors, and bibs.
HOW DO NEATsheets WORK?Using NEATsheets is a simple “1... 2... 3” process. Step One is opening the sheet. Step Two is removing the two adhesive tabs at the top of the sheet. And Step Three is pressing the NEATsheet to the shirt or lap. After using, dispose of the NEATsheet and get onto your next activity with no stains.
WHAT PACKAGE SIZES ARE NEATsheets AVAILABLE IN?NEATsheets are available in 4-count and 20-count reclosable pouches, a 100-count box, and 400-count case. In addition, we do offer an 80-count variety pack which includes one 20-count reclosable pouch each of our four designs.
HOW ELSE CAN I USE NEATsheets?NEATsheets are great to use during meal prep, as a placemat, to line a picnic basket, during activities such as arts and crafts, to cover a table if you are doing your nails, to cover a surface while changing a baby, and anytime you want to keep it NEAT.
ARE NEATsheets ABLE TO BE RECYCLED OR COMPOSTED?NEATsheets are not able to be recycled or composted at this time. We are working very hard to provide these benefits soon.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FOR CUSTOM-DESIGNED NEATsheets?At this time, we can do custom designs if the order is for a minimum of 100,000 sheets (or greater). Please contact us at hello@myNEATGOODS.com for pricing and lead times.
WHAT ARE NEATwipes?NEATwipes are a safe and soothing hand wipe experience. In addition to being 99.9% effective against germs, NEATwipes are infused Glycerin and Aloe Vera and are available in a range of fragrances inlcuding Lavender and Fresh Citrus. NEATwipes also do not have benzalkonium chloride, parabens, or triclosan.
ARE NEATwipes FDA APPROVED?YES. NEATwipes are approved by the Food & Drug Administration. NEATwipes’ National Drug Code number is 81339. In addition, NEATwipes are manufactured in the U.S.A.

WHY DO YOU OFFER NEATTABLE COMPOSTABLE TABLEWARE AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPOST NEATTABLE PLATES?
Sometimes you need a single-use option — outdoor dining, weddings, holiday gatherings, backyard barbecue — when you want to focus on your friends and not the dishes. So, we researched disposable options that also had minimal impact. NEATtable palm leaf plates offer a stylish, durable, and circular option on the market to your glass dishware.
If you do not use oily foods or ones that stain, we encourage you to rinse our plates off and reuse them. Otherwise, dispose of our tableware at an industrial composting facility (click HERE to find your closest CMA affiliate facility) or in your backyard compost pile (we suggest you break the plates into pieces so they disintegrate more quickly). Ultimately, our plates will return to nature because they are a leaf. NEATtable plates, under the proper conditions, will compost in 60-90 days.
WHY ARE NEATTABLE PLATES MADE FROM PALM LEAF PLATES?
We did significant research before deciding on palm leaves as the solution to better-designed, higher functioning, and more sustainable tableware made from other natural resources like bamboo.
NEATtable plates are made from fallen palm leaves that are cleaned with water and light and molded with heat. That's all. Our plates come from nature and are returned to nature when properly composted.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN YOU SAY EACH NEATTABLE PALM LEAD PLATE IS UNIQUE?
We see perfection in the uniqueness of each plate's markings, textures, and tone. “Perfectly imperfect”, or as the Japanese refer to it, Wabi-Sabi (appreciating beauty that is "imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete" in nature), is a quality we embrace.
Unlike other disposable and compostable plates, which are processed by breaking down the materials and manipulating them with dyes, glues, and finishes, NEATtable opts for the purest, most sustainable processing. While we go through a rigorous process of choosing the most consistent leaves, we also celebrate the idea that no two leaves are created identical. Speckling, striping, and textural variations only add to our designs' unique and natural character.

Creases can occur when the water content of the leaf is high due to heavier rainfall during the harvest season.

CAN I USE NEATTABLE PLATES MORE THAN ONCE?
NEATtable plates are designed for single use. In some situations, when no grease, oils, or other food by-products can stain the plates, you may be able to rinse and reuse them.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LATE?
Most packages arrive on time, but orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date. Possible reasons for late delivery include:
